Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Pop A Lime website, creator and viewer accounts, stream features, desktop companion and Discord membership bot. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.

You must meet the age and eligibility requirements that apply to you and any connected service. You must have legal capacity, or the permission required by applicable law, to enter an agreement and make a purchase. Do not use an account, payment method or connected service without its owner's permission.

Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Keep your password, authenticator codes, private overlay links and connection credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

Do not impersonate another person, share access you are not entitled to grant, or bypass account restrictions. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We will never need your password or authenticator code in a support message.

Available features depend on the creator's settings and the service's current availability. They may include tips, text or recorded messages, animated gifts, challenges, memberships and optional desktop interactions. Creators are responsible for accurately describing and delivering the benefits they offer.

Read the creator's offer and the information shown before you confirm a request or purchase. Messages and recordings may require review before broadcast. A submitted, pending or paid status does not by itself confirm that an alert aired, a challenge was completed or a desktop action ran.

Prices, currencies, applicable fees, billing periods and available benefits are shown in the relevant offer, checkout or account screen. Review them before confirming. A preview, unfinished checkout or pending payment is not a completed purchase. Where the service states that no real money is charged or transferred, displayed activity does not represent a real charge or payout.

Where a membership or subscription renews, review the renewal terms shown before subscribing. You can manage available renewal controls in your account. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund a completed payment; access normally continues through the eligible paid period, unless a refund, reversal or other applicable restriction changes that entitlement.

Creator fees, payment holds and payout eligibility are shown in the creator's account or applicable agreement. A requested or pending payout is not confirmation that funds have been transferred. Pop A Lime does not promise a particular level of creator income.

Refunds, cancellations and purchase disputes are handled according to the service purchased, the information provided when you bought it and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer right.

Contact support with the relevant account, purchase or payment reference if a charge appears incorrect or an advertised service was not delivered. Explain what happened without including passwords, full card details or bank credentials. A refund request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved or completed; check the recorded outcome in your account.

The Pop A Lime bot connects eligible channel memberships to roles in a creator's Discord server. Install it only in a server you are authorised to manage, and select appropriate membership roles and announcement channels. Members must link the correct Discord account, join the server and complete any server screening before access can be assigned.

Eligible membership access determines which configured roles the bot can grant or remove. Tips and Creator Pro do not grant membership roles. The bot does not deliver unrelated creator benefits such as private calls or game sessions, and it does not override a server ban or the server's own rules.

Role updates depend on Discord availability and the bot's permissions. Keep the bot installed with the required access until any pending role cleanup has completed. Disconnecting Discord or removing the bot does not cancel a paid membership or its renewal; manage renewal separately in your Pop A Lime account.

Announcements are optional and controlled by the creator. Membership announcements identify a linked member only when the relevant recognition choice is enabled. The Pop A Lime bot is operated independently of Discord; Discord does not operate or provide support for our membership service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, format and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including review by the creator and playback or display to a stream audience where the feature provides for it.

Submit only content you are entitled to share, including any necessary permission for recordings, images, music and other people's information. Do not place confidential information in content intended for a public stream. Removing content from Pop A Lime does not automatically remove broadcasts, recordings or copies held by independent services or other people.

Do not use Pop A Lime for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, malware, copyright infringement or disclosure of another person's private information without authority. Do not manipulate payments, memberships or rewards, or interfere with someone else's account, stream, computer or server.

Do not bypass security controls, abuse access credentials, evade moderation or misuse connected-platform permissions. We and creators may review, restrict or remove content and activity that breaches these terms or applicable rules. Contact support if you believe an action affecting your account or purchase was mistaken.

Discord, YouTube, Kick, Twitch and other connected services have their own terms, permissions and availability. These terms do not replace their rules or grant rights to their content. A connection does not imply that the provider sponsors or endorses Pop A Lime.

Pop A Lime uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using Pop A Lime's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's Privacy Policy also applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Desktop interactions require the creator's configured companion and any required local approvals. Creators control which supported actions are available and when controls are active. Do not enable or request actions that would create an unsafe situation or violate another service's rules. A disconnected device, denied action or unconfirmed result should not be treated as successful execution.

You can manage supported connection and recognition choices in your account or Studio settings. Send privacy questions, requests about your information and account-closure requests to support. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request, but you should not send your password or authenticator code.

Disconnecting a service, closing an account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. Ask support if you need help with more than one. Handling a request may require resolving pending access changes, transactions or applicable record-retention obligations.

Features can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party availability or changes to supported integrations. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Contact support about an outage or failed purchase so that the relevant access, delivery or payment state can be checked.

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address a security issue, misuse, a breach of these terms or a legal obligation. Account restrictions do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not remove mandatory rights relating to an earlier purchase. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law must still be provided.

Contact support if you have a question about these terms, your membership, a creator benefit or an account decision. Include enough information to identify the issue and keep private account and payment details out of public Discord channels and livestream messages.
